In response to the increasing tension surrounding COVID-19 Cornucopia has taken the following precautions:
Mandating that any staff members with symptoms do not come to work until their symptoms subside.
Post CDC and WHO regulations and guidelines in English and Spanish.
Review and train Employees in current CDC and WHO prevention techniques in regards to COVID-19.
Continued diligence in sanitation efforts for all preparation, serving and food contact surfaces and equipment.
Scheduled sanitation of all frequently touched surfaces such as doors, phones, menus, and table pagers hourly.
Antibacterial soaps available in restrooms and sanitation materials available throughout the restaurant for patron and staff use.
